Ryan Bradshaw brings 18 years of dedicated experience in local schools to Turning Point Leeds. His career includes roles that have honed his expertise in fostering inclusive educational environments. Most recently, Ryan served as a Senior Leader for Inclusion, where he championed strategies to support diverse learning needs and promote equity within the school community. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Ryan is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils, implementing robust safeguarding policies and practices. His extensive background and passion for inclusive education make him a vital asset to the Turning Point Leeds team.

Doug Mulholland brings 15 years of valuable experience teaching in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) settings to Turning Point Leeds. Additionally, Doug has a successful business background, specialising within educational settings. His dual roles in education and business management provide a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge, making him a crucial asset to the Turning Point Leeds team.
